复合磺酸钙基润滑脂的性能改进

摘要
文章研究了复合磺酸钙润滑脂的性能改进,通过在反应体系中加入无机酸A和无机酸B的新型复合组分,改善了现有产品的表面硬化性能和抗水乳化性能,通过加入无机固体润滑剂C改善了润滑脂的极压、抗磨性能,改善后润滑脂性能较原产品得到了极大的提高。
        This article investigated the performance improvement of complex calcium sulfonate grease. Through adding novel composite components including inorganic acid A and inorganic acid B in the reaction system,the surface hardening and anti-water emulsion properties of existing products were improved. By adding inorganic solid lubricant C,the extreme pressure and anti-wear properties of grease were improved. After the improvement,the performance of grease is greatly improved compared with original products.
