摘要
对柴油机油泡沫特性的不断提高说明泡沫对柴油机油的使用性能具有相当大的影响。某些柴油机油在储存大约1年后会出现泡沫特性不合格的现象。用模拟试验和L-38发动机台架试验考察了泡沫特性不合格对柴油机油抗氧化性能,抗腐蚀性能和抗磨损性能的影响。泡沫特性不合格对柴油机油的抗氧化性能和抗腐蚀性能几乎没有影响,对柴油机油的抗磨损性能有轻微的负面影响,但轴瓦失重仍然到达了CF-4柴油机油的指标要求(≤50 mg)。(图2表5参考文献3)
        The continuous improvement of the foam characteristics of Diesel engine oils showed that the foamhad considerable effect on the performance of Diesel engine oils. Some Diesel engine oils would be disqualified afterstorage for about 1 year. The effect of foam characteristics on antioxidative property,anti-corrosive property andanti-wear property of Diesel engine oils were investigated by simulation test and L-38 engine rig test. Thedisqualification of foam characteristics had almost no effect on the antioxidative property and anti-corrosive propertyof Diesel engine oils,and had a slight negative effect on the anti-wear property of Diesel engine oils,but the bushingweight loss still reached the requirement of CF-4 Diesel engine oil(sless than 50 mg)(.Charts2 Tables5 References3)
