摘要
对乘用车、重卡和振动筛等行业近年来产销状况进行分析。结合我国经济运行现状和走势,对粗规格淬回火弹簧钢丝市场容量及2020年前的需求量进行评估和预测。介绍我国粗规格淬回火弹簧钢丝生产厂商和产能,我国粗规格淬回火弹簧钢丝年产能约为28.3万t,而国内市场需求约14.10万t,粗规格淬回火弹簧钢丝产能严重过剩。企业应以提高质量和效益为中心,着力改善产品结构,加大创新力度和研发投入,提升产品技术含量,提高核心竞争力,努力实现由大到强的转变。
        To analyze production and selling of industry such as passenger vehicle,heavy truck and vibrating screen in recent years. Combining with China economics running present situation and trend,the large diameter oil quenching and tempering spring steel wire market capacity and quantity requirement until the year 2020 is evaluated and forecasted. The production factory and capacity of China large diameter oil quenching and tempering spring steel wire are introduced. The annual capacity of China large diameter oil quenching and tempering spring steel wire is about 283 thousand ton,the requirements of domestic market is about 141. 0 thousand ton,the overcapacity of large diameter oil quenching and tempering spring steel wire is severe. It is pointed that enterprises should improve quality and benefit as the center,pay more attention to improve product structure,increase innovation and research input,promote product technical content,improve core competitiveness,and realize the change from large to strong.
