国史研究应注重资鉴当世

摘要
今年是中华人民共和国成立70周年。70年来特别是改革开放以来,国史研究逐步从中共党史研究中成长并成熟起来,其理论与方法也不断趋向完善和发展,并产生了颇具代表性的研究成果——《中华人民共和国史研究的理论与方法》(当代中国出版社2016年第一版、2019年增订版),努力构建着与中共党史研究相联系又具有自身特色的学科体系、学术体系和话语体系。中共十八大以来,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,也赋予了国史研究及其理论与方法新思想、新认识、新内涵,需要国史研究全面而深入地推进本学科建设和学术理论建设,同时推动国史研究走融合创新发展之路,丰富和发展国史研究及其理论与方法。历史研究是一切哲学社会科学的基础。国史研究以历史研究为基础和特色,其理论与方法中基础性和关键性的问题是国史研究的对象、理论导向及学科属性问题。为了更好地研讨中华人民共和国史研究的理论、方法与旨归,我们与《河北学刊》杂志社一起策划组织了本组专题讨论,结合国史学科发展建设中的若干认识与现实问题进行多方面探讨,以期引领和推动国史研究不断向纵深发展。
The year 2019 marks the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The study of Chinese history has gradually grown up and matured from the study of the history of the Communist Party of China,and has produced a representative research result: The Theory and Method of the Study of the History of the People's Republic of China. Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,new ideas,new understandings and new connotations have been given to the study of national history and its theories and methods,which will promote the study of national history to take the road of integration,innovation and development,and enrich and develop the study of national history and its theories and methods. The study of national history is based on the study of history. The basic and key issues in its theory and method are the object,theoretical orientation and subject attribute of the study of national history. In order to discuss the theory and method of the history research of the People's Republic of China better,we have planned and organized this group of papers with the magazine of Hebei Academic Journal.
