摘要
概述了玉米深加工中真菌毒素——黄曲霉毒素B1、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇和玉米赤霉烯酮的污染情况、限量标准、检测方法,并深入探讨了毒素降解方法。以期为玉米深加工企业、饲料生产及养殖企业解决真菌毒素污染提供参考。
        We summarized the contamination,limit standard and determination of mycotoxins(aflatoxins B1,deoxynivalenol and zearalenone,respectively)in the corn processing.Furthermore,the method of toxic degradation was in-depth discussed.The main purpose was to provide a reference to solve mycotoxins contamination problems for the corn-processing enterprises,feed manufacturers and breeding companies.
