摘要
针对大量硬币清分这一需求,设计制作了一种低成本、准确率高的小型硬币清分机.该装置利用硬币直径尺寸不同进行硬币清点和分离,由投币机构、送币机构、分拣机构、计数装置、整理机构五部分构成.投币机构利用曲柄滑块机构在投币口设置卡盘,将硬币定时定量的掉落到送币机构上,送币机构采用两个紧密接触的传送带将硬币进行单层平铺,依次送入分拣机构,硬币在通过分拣机构时通过矩形孔落入各自的分离轨道,沿着轨道通过计数装置并进入整理装置.
In order to satisfy the demand of classifying and counting of vast coins,a small coin classifying and counting device is designed. Considering the different diameters of coins,the device separates coins by filter track. It consists of the inserting part,the conveyor part,the sorting part,the counting part and the arranging part. For periodically and quantitatively dropping the coins onto the money transfer mechanism,the inserting part sets a chuck by using the crank slider mechanism. The conveyor part rolls out the coins by using two closely contacted conveyor belts and sends them to the sorting part. When passing through the sorting part,the coins fall through the rectangular holes into the respective filter track. Finally,the coins pass the counting part and go into the arranging part.
