产业融合趋势下新型渔业经营主体组织模式创新研究

摘要
在阐述渔业产业融合内涵和特征的基础上,结合实践中新型经营主体带动产业融合发展的组织模式,分析新型经营主体组织模式创新的运行机制保障以及实现路径,应加强功能主体培育,构建新型渔业经营体系,支持新型经营主体发展融合项目,以利益联结机制为纽带,积极探索多种类型的产业组织融合模式,通过产业联动、体制机制创新等,激发多种主体生机活力,实现多元主体共赢。
Based on expounding the connotation and characteristics of the integration of fishery industry and combining with the organizational models of the new management subjects driving the development of industrial integration in practice,the operational mechanism guarantee and reality of the organizational innovation model of the new management subject were analyzed.At present,we should strengthen the cultivation of functional subjects,construct a new fishery management system,support the development and integration projects of new fishery management subjects,and actively explore various types of industrial organization integration modes with the linkage mechanism of interests as a link,and stimulate the vitality of various subjects and realize multiple win-win of plural subjects through industrial linkage and innovation of system and mechanism.
