浅析歪山梁子排土场的整改扩建设计

摘要
歪山梁子排土场为矿山已有排土场,现有设施完善,但在堆置过程中局部边坡陡峭,经过稳定性计算存在一定的安全风险,同时矿山露天远期排土场建设周期长,为维持露天采场正常生产,经过对歪山梁子排土场原始地形、现状堆置情况和四邻关系的分析可知歪山梁子排土场具备整改扩建条件。在现有拦碴坝下游再新修拦碴坝,经过计算确定堆置要素后,对现有边坡进行覆盖式堆置排土,经过稳定性分析验算整改扩建后整体稳定性能满足要求,说明歪山梁子排土场整改扩建后安全可靠,能解决露天矿山废石堆存接替问题。
        Waishan Liangzi spoil dump exists with a complete set of facilities, but based on stability calculation, it has safety risk amid piling for part of its slope is steep. It is a long period to build a forward open-air waste dump for a mine. According to analysis on the initial topography, current pilling and connection with surroundings, the dump can be renovated and expanded in advance of ensuring normal production of the open stope. That is, to construct a stone retaining dam in the low reaches of the existing one and cover the slope for waste disposal based on determined pilling elements. With stability analysis and checking, the renovated dump meets the standards, and can work safety and reliably for waste piling and replacement of the open stope.
