摘要
农产品产地溯源技术是近年来发展起来的,它能够为地理标志产品、地区名优特产品的追溯和确证提供技术理论依据。该项技术研究的方法和思路已经初步形成,也在逐步建立的技术体系。分析目前用于农产品产地溯源及确证的稳定有机成分指纹、红外光谱指纹、同位素指纹、矿物元素指纹和电子鼻等分析技术的原理、方法特点、应用及局限性。提出农产品产地溯源及确证技术研究的基本思路、方法、步骤,为食品安全监管提供相应的技术支撑。
        The origin of agricultural products traceability technology has been developed in recent years. It can provide geographical indication products, provide technical theoretical basis for traceability and confirmation of the famous brand products of the area. Methods and ideas of this study have been formed, in the technology system has been gradually set up. The analysis currently is used for organic compound fingerprint stable agricultural production the origin and confirmation, the IR fingerprint, isotopic fingerprint, characteristic principle, mineral elements and electronic nose fingerprint analysis methods, application and limitations. The basic ideas put forward the research origin of agricultural products traceability and confirmation methods, steps, and it provides technical support for food safety supervision.
