摘要
建立了一种加速溶剂萃取(ASE)-离子色谱(IC)法测定PM_(2.5)样品中5种水溶性阴离子(F~-,Cl~-,NO_2~-,NO_3~-和SO_4~(2-))的分析方法。以水为萃取剂,采用加速溶剂萃取仪对PM_(2.5)滤膜样品进行萃取,萃取后经离子色谱仪检测,外标法定量,并对色谱条件和萃取条件进行优化。5种水溶性阴离子在5~40 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R)均大于0. 999,检出限(LOD)在0. 005~0. 015 mg/L之间,加标回收率在94. 7%~105. 6%范围内,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于5%。该方法可用于PM_(2.5)样品中水溶性阴离子的定量分析。
A method has been developed for efficient extraction and determination of five water-soluble anions( F~-,Cl~-,NO_2~-,NO_3~- and SO_4~(2-)) in PM_(2.5) by accelerated solvent extraction( ASE)-ion chromatography( IC). PM_(2.5) samples were extracted using ASE with water,and then analyzed by IC,using external standard method for quantification. The conditions of chromatography and extraction were optimized as well. The calibration curves for five water-soluble anions were linear in the range of5 ~ 40 mg/L with correlation coefficients all greater than 0. 999. The detection limits were between0. 005 mg/L and 0. 015 mg/L,the spiked recoveries were in the range of 94. 7% to 105. 6% and the relative standard deviations( n = 6) were all less than 5%. The result showed that the method can be used for the determination of water-soluble anions in PM_(2.5).
