固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定鸡蛋和鸡肉中的7种性激素药物残留量

摘要
目的建立同时测定鸡蛋和鸡肉中7种性激素类药物残留的快速检测方法。方法鸡蛋和鸡肉中的性激素类药物经乙腈-水溶液(80:20,V:V)提取后,Oasis PRiME HLB固相萃取净化,UPLC-MS/MS法检测,基质匹配外标法定量。结果该方法具有良好的准确度和精密度,在鸡蛋和鸡肉中添加回收率范围分别为78.7%~101.7%和77.9%~104.3%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)低于8.7%,检出限(limit of detection, LOD,S/N=3)和定量限(limit of quantitation,LOQ,S/N=10)分别为0.02~0.5μg/kg和0.08~2.0μg/kg。结论本方法简便快速,灵敏可靠,适用于鸡蛋和鸡肉中性激素类药物残留高通量快速检测分析。
        Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 7 kinds of hormones residues in eggs and chicken. Methods The hormones residues in eggs and chicken were extracted by cetonitrile/water(80:20, V:V). The extracts were purified by the Oasis PRiME HLB solid phase extraction, then analyzed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS), and the matrix-matching external standard method was used to quantify. Results The method had good accuracy and precision, and the recoveries of egg and chicken were 78.7%-101.7% and 77.9%-104.3%, respectively, with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of lower than 8.7%. The limits of detection(LODs, S/N≥3) and quantification(LOQs, S/N≥10) were 0.02-0.5 μg/kg and 0.8-2.0 μg/kg, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, fast, sensitive and reliable, which is suitable for the rapid determination of hormones residues in eggs and chicken.
