摘要
目前工业脚轮多数是由PU和PP两种塑料分两次注射成型,即二次注射成型,通常需要两副模具配合才能完成塑件的生产。主要针对工业脚轮的注射成型加工工艺,充分考虑PU这种高分子新材料的收缩率、流动性,以及溶胶温度和注射压力等特点,对注射模的结构、浇口方式和顶出机构等进行优化,设计了1副注射模,能高质量、高效率地完成工业脚轮二次注射成型。
At present, most of the industrial casters are formed by injection molding of PU andPP two plastics in two stages, i.e. two sets of molds are usually required to cooperate to completethe production and processing of products. In this paper, aiming at the injection molding processof industrial casters, taking fully into account the characteristics of shrinkage, fluidity, soltemperature and injection pressure of PU,the structure, gating mode and ejection mechanism ofinjection mold were optimized, and a set of injection mold with high quality, high efficiency anddurability was designed.
