摘要
利用MMU-10G型高温摩擦磨损试验机进行了等温淬火球墨铸铁和Al2O3陶瓷摩擦副的摩擦磨损试验,研究了环境温度、试验载荷和滑动速度对等温淬火球墨铸铁摩擦磨损性能的影响。利用SEM和EDS观察分析了磨损表面形貌和磨损机理。结果表明:摩擦系数随着载荷和温度的升高而下降。当环境温度高于300℃时,由于塑性变形而被挤出的石墨在摩擦界面上能起到很好的润滑作用,使摩擦表面比较光滑,摩擦系数降低,磨损率减小。
Adopting MMU-10 G high temperature tribometer for friction and wear experiment of austempered ductile iron and Al2 O3 ceramics was carried out to investigate friction and wear properties of austempered ductile iron,including making use of SEM and EDS to observe and analyze friction surface morphology and wear.The results show that,the friction coefficient decreases with the increasing of the load and the temperature;when the ambient temperature exceeds 300℃,the graphite extruded by plastic deformation can be lubricated on friction interface and the friction surface becomes smooth,the friction coefficient is reduced and the wear rate decreases.
