摘要
从分析钢丝绳的滑移特性入手,着重阐述滑移量的形成、规律和测试方法。结合电梯的实际应用,给出了滑移量的合理区间和观测的实际意义。通过实际案例,证明了钢丝绳滑移量常规检测,对监控电梯系统曳引条件和解决现场故障都有重要的意义。
By analyzing slippage and creep characteristics of rope, the formation, regularity and test method of slippage amount are emphatically expounded. Combining with the practical application of elevator, the reasonable range of slippage and the practical significance of monitoring are given. Through practical cases, it is proved that conventional detection of slippage of rope is of great significance for monitoring traction conditions of elevator and solving field faults.
