运用“3.17护”开展住院患者满意度调查的方法探讨

摘要
目的运用"3.17护"平台,探索住院患者无纸化满意度调查方法,真实了解住院患者对该院医疗服务工作的满意度。方法各科室设计专科住院患者满意度调查问卷,住院患者利用智能手机关注"3.17护",护理部设定自动推送满意度调查表,对住院患者进行满意度调查。结果 2018年1—6月共调查3 680例,满意2 944例,占80.00%;较满意314例,占8.52%;一般116例,占3.16%;不满意306例,占8.32%,结果明显低于纸质版住院患者满意度调查结果,同时参加调查患者与同期住院患者的年龄、性别等无明显偏倚。结论利用"3.17护"开展住院患者满意度调查操作方便,结果更真实,是一种有效的住院患者满意度测评方法。
        Objective To explore the paperless satisfaction survey method for inpatients by using the "3.17 care" platform,and to truly understand the satisfaction of hospitalized patients with medical services in our hospital. Methods The inpatient hospitalization satisfaction questionnaires were designed for each department. The inpatients used the smart phone to pay attention to "3.17 care", and the nursing department set the automatic push satisfaction questionnaire to conduct satisfaction surveys on inpatients. Results From January 2018 to June 2018, a total of 3 680 people were surveyed, 2 944 people were satisfied, accounting for 80.00%; 314 people were more satisfied, accounting for 8.52%; 116 people were generally, accounting for 3.16%; 306 people were dissatisfied, accounting for 8.32%. The results were significantly lower than the results of the paper-based inpatient satisfaction survey, and there was no significant bias in the age and gender of the patients participating in the survey. Conclusion The use of "3.17 care" to conduct inpatient satisfaction survey is convenient and the results are more realistic. It is an effective method for assessing hospitalization satisfaction.
