湿地社区居民权能感知与态度及政府管理关系研究——基于梁鸿国家湿地公园社区居民的调查

文章以社会互动与社区互动理论为理论基础,以江苏省无锡市梁鸿国家湿地公园社区居民为调查研究对象,在半结构访谈和数据分析基础上,通过结构方程模型验证了湿地居民权能感知、态度与政府管理间的影响关系,并对国外相关研究进行了实证验证。研究发现,居民权能感知存在显著的性别、年龄差异;政府管理与居民权能感知互为因果且显著正相关;居民权能感知在政府管理与态度间的正向影响关系中起到重要的中介作用。结论显示,经济利益仍是湿地居民的重要关切。居民有效增权有益于提高地方政府与社区居民间的互动质量,改善居民的支持态度、提高政府湿地旅游开发管理水平。
With the theory of social interaction and community interaction and with a target case of community residents from Lianghong National Wetland Park in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, the relationship among wetland residents' power perceptions, attitude and government management had been tested based on semi-structured interview and data analysis by means of a structural equation model. And related research abroad had also been empirically verified. The study found that the residents' power perceptions were significantly different in gender and age;government management and residents' power perception were of reciprocal causation and significant positive correlation; the residents' power perceptions played an important mediation role in the positive relationship between the government management and residents' attitude toward the wetland tourism development. The result showed that economy was still the key concern of the wetland residents. Effective empowerment for the residents was of great benefit to improve interactions quality between the local government and the community residents, to improve the residents' attitude toward the wetland tourism development and to advance the government management in wetland tourism development.
