摘要
基于多体动力学理论,针对某型悬挂式列车通过曲线时的车辆晃动问题,对其吊销悬挂参数、摇摆减振器布置方式进行了研究。研究结果表明:适当增加吊销的扭转刚度、扭转阻尼以及摇摆减振器阻尼,增大两侧摇摆减振器布置的跨距,均可有效抑制车厢和摇枕晃动,提高乘客舒适性。研究结果可为后续车辆研发以及线路设计提供指导。
Based on the theory of multi-body dynamics, this paper studies the suspension parameters and the layout of rocking shock and swaying absorber for a suspension-type train negotiating curves. The results show that properly increasing the torsional stiffness, torsional damping and damping of rocking damper, and increasing the span of the rocking damper on both sides effectively suppresses the swaying of car body and bolster, and improves ride comfort of passengers. The research results provide guidance for subsequent vehicle development and line and track design.
