摘要

通过对当前校外实践基地进行分析发现,在传统校外实践教育基地中,校办企业型基地存在资金不足、设施不完善,企业设点型基地存在教学生产冲突、学用不一致等问题。基于校外实践教育基地的作用,提出共赢模式的校外实践教育基地可持续发展运行机制,以促进人才培养质量的提高。
        In the traditional off-campus practical education base,there are problems such as insufficient funds,imperfect facilities,conflict of teaching and production and inconsistent learning and using in the school-run enterprise base. This paper puts forward the operation mechanism of the sustainable development of the practical education base outside school based on the win-win model. Based on the analysis of the function of the off-campus practical education base,the deficiency of the current off-campus practical education base is found,and the sustainable development of the off-campus practical education base is established based on the win-win model in order to promote the improvement of the quality of talents training.
