摘要

甘蔗糖厂耗能主要是蒸汽热能和电能,而发电量则是以蒸汽量而定的,这就存在生产汽电不平衡的两种情况,一是电有盈余,蒸汽不能满足生产需要;二是蒸汽满足工艺需要而电不能满足需求。电能的输入输出如何操作企业的经济性更高呢?文章根据目前甘蔗糖厂热电联产的特点,运用热力学基本原理,结合糖厂目前生产的实际情况,通过理论计算和实际情况对比,对甘蔗糖厂电能输入输出的经济性进行了探讨。
        According to the characteristics of cogeneration of heat and power in sugarcane sugar plant,the economy of input and output of electric energy in sugarcane sugar plant is discussed based on the basic principle of thermodynamics and the actual situation of our company.
