基于大学生体质健康测试的普通高校体育选项课教学模式

摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,分析了普通高校体育选项课教学模式存在的问题,针对问题提出把每年《国家学生体质健康标准》的测试数据运用于体育选项课中的设想,建立了基于大学生体质健康测试结果的普通高校体育选项课的流程图,分析了这种选项课教学模式的优势所在,通过体育教学模式的改革提高学校体育的教学质量,改变大学生体质健康持续下降的现状.
By using the methods of documentation and interview,the problems existing in the teaching pattern of optional physical education courses in universities were analyzed. In view of the problems,the idea of applying the annual test data of National Students' Physical Health Standards to the optional courses of physical education was put forward,the flow chart of Physical Education Optional Course in universities based on the results of physical fitness test was established,and the advantages of this optional course teaching pattern was analyzed.Through the reform of physical education teaching pattern,the teaching quality of school physical education can be improved and the current situation of the continuous decline of college students ' physical health can be changed.
