摘要
为满足不锈钢薄片型试样化学成分快速分析的要求,应用火花源原子发射光谱仪,改进了散热方法,用大试样程序直接分析0.4mm以上试样。以激发条件的选择为重点,开发了小试样分析程序,用于分析0.1mm以上试样。
In order to meet the requirement of rapid analysis of the chemical composition of stainless steel slice type sample,apply the spark source atomic emission spectrum to improve the heat dissipation method and use the big sample procedure to analyze directly 0.4mm or above samples. Take the selection of excitation condition as the key point and develop the analysis procedure of small sample,which with 0.1mm or above.
