摘要
采用Fluent软件对山东某电厂660 MW燃煤机组SCR脱硝系统进行数值模拟.以不同导流板数量及形状对SCR系统的流场进行协调优化处理,得出比较适合的导流板数量、形状及系统的最佳流场分布.最后对安装了整流器的反应器前后的流场进行了比较与分析,为在工程实际中的导流板整流器的合理设计与安装等提供参考.
Using FLUENT software to simulate the SCR denitrification system of 650 MW coal fired unit in a power plant in Shandong. The flow field of SCR system was optimized by the number and shape of different guide plates,to obtain the appropriate number and shape of guide plates and the optimal flow field distribution.Finally,the flow field of the reactor is compared and analyzed before and after the reactor is installed,in order to provide reference value for the reasonable design and installation of the guide plate and rectifier in engineering practice.
