摘要
"工学结合"强调工作与学习结合、教育与生产结合、学校与企业结合,即突出企业在高校人才培养过程中的重要地位和作用,突出学生工程实践能力和创新创业能力的培养。我校模具专业按照"工学结合"的人才培养要求,深化专业课程体系改革,合理设计贯穿"工学结合"教育理念的特色专业课程体系;加强校企人才培养基地建设,深化"工学结合""、校企合作"共育模具人才;以职业技能为核心,打造"双师型"教师队伍等,逐步推进新时代模具职业技能人才的培养。
"Combination of work and study" emphasizes the combination of work and study,education and production, and school and enterprise, which highlights the important position and role of enterprises in the process of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, and highlights the cultivation of students' engineering practice ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability. According to the requirement of talent training of "combination of work and study", the die & mold specialty in our school deepens the reform of professional curriculum system,rationally designs the characteristic professional curriculum system that runs through the educational concept of "combination of work and study"; strengthens the construction of talent training base of school and enterprise, deepens the "combination of work and study" and "school-enterprise cooperation" to cultivate die & mold talents; takes vocational skills as the core, builds "double-qualified" teachers team, etc. In the new era, we will gradually promote the cultivation of professional die & mold talents.
