摘要
建立GMWA堆焊成型系统,包括电源、焊枪、自动送丝机、机械臂、AD信息采集卡等,可实时采集焊接过程中的成型参数,进行误差补偿和反馈修正。针对成型过程中的热输入累积和散热不均导致的熄弧端塌陷问题,构建成型质量模糊控制策略。结果表明,通过成型质量模糊控制模块的修正,可以获得堆积厚度均匀的墙体零件,经实验验证该模块的效果良好。
        The quality control system of GMWA surfacing welding was set up, which including power supply, welding torch, automatic feeding machine, manipulator and AD data acquisition card. The system, which can acquire the forming parameters during the welding, compensate the error and correct the feedback data. The fuzzy control system of molding quality and the mathematical model of weld geometry size were built according to the problem that the increase of heat input and uneven of the heat caused the collapse at the end of the arc. The results show that the uniform wall thickness can be obtained under the modification of the fuzzy control module. And a large number of experiments tells that the system has good effect through the cylindrical of thin wall parts.
