高韧性耐候桥梁钢焊接材料研制

摘要
针对E级Q345qENH和Q370qENH耐候桥梁钢,开展配套的焊接材料研制工作,研制出HTJ-507CrNiCu焊条、HTW-550GN气体保护焊焊丝、HTM-550GN埋弧焊焊丝/HTF-101GN埋弧焊焊剂3套高韧性耐候桥梁钢焊接材料。结果表明,研制的3套高韧性耐候桥梁钢焊接材料具有优异的力学性能和耐大气腐蚀性能,特别具有优良的低温韧性。
        Aiming at the E-class Q345 qENH and Q370 qENH weather-resistant bridge steels,the research work of matching welding materials was carried out. Three sets of high-toughness weather-resistant bridge steel welding materials were developed,HTJ-507 CrNiCu electrode,HTW-550 GN gas shielded welding wire,HTM-550 GN submerged arc welding wire and HTF-101 GN submerged arc agglomerated flux. The results showed that the three sets of high-toughness weather-resistant bridge steel welding materials had excellent process performance,mechanical properties and atmospheric corrosion resistance,especially excellent low temperature toughness.
