推进省级农科院国际合作的思考与建议——以湖北省农业科学院为例

摘要
推进省级农科院国际合作能力建设意义重大。文章以湖北省农业科学院为例,从科研人员出国(境)、国(境)外专家学者来访、国际合作项目、国际合作平台等方面梳理了国际合作现状,分析了存在的问题,如国际合作渠道不够畅通、国际合作项目执行难度较大、国际合作人才队伍不够强大、国际合作管理工作相对薄弱等,提出了开拓国际合作渠道、支持国际合作项目实施、加强国际合作人才队伍建设、加强国际合作管理工作等推进省级农科院国际合作的建议。
It is of great significance to promote the capacity building of international cooperation in provincial academy of agricultural sciences. Taking Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case, current status of international cooperation was reviewed based on international academic exchange visits, implementation of international cooperation projects and construction of international cooperation research platform. The existing problems were analyzed, such as lack of international cooperation channels, difficulties in the implementation of international cooperation projects, not strong enough international cooperation talents team, relatively weak international cooperation management,etc. Suggestions were put forward, such as expanding international cooperation channels, supporting the implementation of international cooperation projects, training international cooperation scientists and strengthening the management of international cooperation affairs.
