摘要
本研究旨在探讨直接燃烧法与国标煅烧法测量氧化钙灰分的差异性,通过配对-t检验法验证两种方法所测结果是否存在显著性差异,结果表明两种方法的测试结果之间存在显著性差异。为了量化两种测试方法的差异,从而更高效、精确地实现生产过程监控卷烟纸灰分含量,对两种方法所测结果进行相关性分析,分析结果表明,两种测试方法之间具有较好的相关性,并拟合出两种方法之间存在显著的如下关系式:国标煅烧法检测氧化钙灰分含量(%)=0.62×直接燃烧法检测碳酸钙灰分含量(%)。
The objective of this study is to investigate the difference between direct combustion method and national standard calcination method. Paired–T test is used to identify whether two methods have significant difference, and the result indicated that the two methods have significant difference as p=0.000. Furthermore, quantifying the difference is done to efficiently and accurately monitor calcium oxide filler content during production. Then correlation analysis is done, the result showed that the two methods have good correlations with R=0.9995, and there exist the relation: Calcium oxide content detected by national standard calcination method(%) = 0.62×Calcium oxide content detected by direct combustion Method(%).
