摘要
针对因漏气通道的存在使得瓦斯抽采负压不能有效提高,抽采效果差的问题,对瓦斯抽采封孔技术进行研究.通过对钻孔周围应力场分布特征进行分析,确定了顺层钻孔漏气的原因,并利用COMSOL模拟软件模拟分析了封孔段在施加主动支护力作用下的钻孔漏气情况,采用了顺层钻孔"套管支护"封孔方法.在马堡煤矿进行现场应用.结果表明:套管固孔技术使钻孔得到有效支护,与未下套管的普通抽采钻孔相比,单孔瓦斯抽采混合流量提高了10倍左右,单孔瓦斯抽采浓度提高了1.6倍左右.研究结论有助于提高煤矿瓦斯抽采效率.
        Aiming at the problem that the gas suction negative pressure can not be effectively improved due to the existence of the gas leakage passage and the poor drainage effect, the gas drainage sealing technology is studied. Based on the analysis of the distribution characteristics of the stress field around the borehole, the cause of the gas leakage in the bedding borehole is determined. And by simulating and analyzing the leakage of the borehole under the action of the active support force using COMSOL simulation software, a method of sealing the casing with a "sleeve support" is proposed. Field application at Marburg coal mine shows that the casing fixing technique can effectively support the drilling, and the single-hole gas drainage mixing flow rate is increased by about 10 times compared with the ordinary pumping drilling hole without the casing, and the concentration of single-hole gas extraction in single hole is increased by about 1.6 times. The research conclusions help to improve the efficiency of coal mine gas drainage.
