摘要
通过分析酸刺沟煤矿与京泰电厂在鄂尔多斯东部地区煤电联营模式的实践,结果表明,在当前火力发电企业受煤炭市场影响的大环境下,煤炭电力企业互相掺股模式下运营的电厂和煤矿通过建立有机的循环经济体,能够实现双方多生产环节细密合作的目的,并在降低各自生产成本的同时实现良好的社会效益,为我国的煤电联营发展和改革提供了借鉴意义。
Suancigou Mining Co. Ltd. and Jingtai Power Plant,2 enterprises both located in Inner Mongolia,are jointly operating in eastern Erdos. Analysis of the practice of the joint operation mode shows that: under the present prevailing circumstance that the coal-fired power plant is subjected to the impact imposed by the coal market,the joint operation mode practiced through cross share holding makes it possible for the coal mine and the power plant to carry out close cooperation in multiple production links of both sides in form of an organic circular economic entity and to achieve a favorable social benefit while reducing their respective operating cost. This operation mode may serve as a reference for the development and reform of similar domestic enterprises jointly run by coal mine and power plant.
