摘要
由于洗煤厂现有洗选工艺具有较大弊端,本文以此为研究内容,根据实际情况及采取现有洗煤工艺生产中存在的问题,进行洗选工艺流程的优化设计。同时,对优化后的洗选工艺所需的洗选设备进行选型。最后,通过实地考察及现场统计,计算得到洗煤厂采用优化后的洗选工艺,企业效益提升了1784万元,证明本次工艺优化设计具有较大的实用价值。
        Because the existing washing process of the coal washing plant has great drawbacks, this paper takes this as the research content,and carries out the optimization design of the washing process according to the actual situation and the problems existing in the production of the existing coal washing process. At the same time, the washing equipment required for the optimized washing process is selected. Finally,through on-the-spot investigation and on-site statistics, the optimized washing process of the coal washing plant was calculated, and the enterprise benefit was increased by 19.76 million yuan, which proves that the process optimization design has great practical value.
