基于结果性课程目标的体育教育专业实习评价体系的设计——以武汉体育学院为例

摘要
课程设计是一种预设学习方式的活动,对学习和实习效果起着引领作用。本文侧重于结果性目标的设计,并基于此构建出适合社会需求和学生身心发展的实习评价体系,以规范实习过程和达到预期的效果。本研究通过文献资料法、访谈法、AHP法(层次分析法)构建体育教育专业教育实习评价的各项具体指标及指标的权重,并运用数理统计与分析的方法,结合对体育教育专业实习的目标、内容、要素、特点的理性分析,初步构建一套多元评价体系,对提高人才培养质量具有较强的实用价值。
        Curriculum design is an activity of presupposing learning mode, which plays a leading role in learning and practice effect.This paper focuses on the design of the result goal, and based on this, constructs an internship evaluation system suitable for social needs and students' physical and mental development, in order to standardize the internship process and achieve the desired results. In this study, through the methods of literature, interview and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), it constructed the specific indicators and weights of the indicators for the evaluation of the teaching practice of physical education specialty. By using the methods of mathematical statistics and analysis, combined with the rational analysis of the objectives, contents, elements and characteristics of the teaching practice of physical education specialty, it preliminarily constructed a pluralistic evaluation system to improve the quality of personnel training which has strong practical value.
