摘要
针对目前手工洗水加工技术中存在加工速度慢、环境污染严重等问题,研究数控技术与激光加工技术相结合的自动化激光洗水加工技术。设计一种基于数字积分法与最小二乘法的插补算法,可以保证较好精度的条件下,减少多余插补轨迹,提高插补运算速度,提高加工效率,减少电机的频繁启停,保证系统的稳定性和有效性。通过VB6.0编程软件开发了曲面图像图形的动态仿真系统,利用激光加工在牛仔服表面对图像图形进行了实例加工,解决了手工洗水技术污染环境的弊端,提高了加工效率,可实现批量生产。该激光洗水加工技术的实现为激光洗水的设计和加工提供了参考。
        Aiming at the problems of slow processing speed and serious environmental pollution in hand washing and processing technology, an automatic laser washing technology combined with NC technology and laser machining was designed. A kind of method based on digital integral(DDA) method and square interpolation algorithm was designed, ensuring better accuracy under the condition of reducing redundant interpolation trajectory, improving the interpolation arithmetic speed and machining efficiency, reducing frequent start-stop of motor, ensuring stability and effectiveness of the system.The dynamic simulation system of curved image was developed in VB6.0 programming software.The image graph was processed by laser processing on the surface of jeans, the disadvantages of washing water technology was solved, machining efficiency was improved, so batch production could be realized. The realization of laser water processing technology provides reference for design and manufacture of laser washing water.
