摘要
以新疆别斯库都克露天煤矿为例,为方便分析出煤矿日常生产过程中,影响爆破效果因素的重要程度,采用层次分析法(AHP)对各个因素的重要性程度进行具体的计算。经详细咨询相关专家,参考实际生产过程中总结出来的经验,确定出主要的影响因素。影响爆破效果的非自然因素分别为:炸药爆速、孔网参数、炸药密度、穿孔填塞质量、殉爆距离、自由面、施工人员综合素质、装药结构、安全防护情况。计算得出了各个影响因素分别所占其他非自然因素总体的比例分别为:0.383、0.226、0.105、0.100、0.057、0.054、0.039、0.021、0.015。因此在自然条件一定的情况下必须严格把关炸药质量,选用更加合理的爆破工艺,这样才能取得更加理想的爆破效果。
        Based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the Bieskuduk open-pit coal mine in Xinjiang was chosen as the example to analyze the influencing factors of blasting effect in the daily production process of coal mine.By consulting relevant experts and the experience summarized in the practical production process,the main influence factors are obtained.The non-natural factors are explosive detonation velocity,hole layout parameter,explosive density,stemming quality,gap distance,free surface,construction personnel′s comprehensive quality,charge structure,and safety protection conditions.The proportion of other non-natural factors are 0.383,0.226,0.105,0.100,0.057,0.054,0.039,0.021,and 0.015.Thus,in order to achieve a better blasting effect,the quality of explosives and blasting process must be assured under certain natural conditions.
