摘要
物流园区的建设布局与规划中,为了兼顾经济性原则,并综合考虑周边区域的交通环境与园区内的货物处理需求,采用随机优化建模方法,构建可靠的物流园区选址与服务分配模型;建模过程重点考察园区内物流设备有限的货物处理能力与货物处理时间性要求两者之间的均衡,并通过优化设置多级服务分配方案来确保物流服务的可靠性,以应对潜在的服务失效问题;采用GAMS与CPLEX优化求解软件,以贵州省36个物流地块为例,开展物流园区选址规划实例分析。结果表明,提出的优化选址方法能在较短时间内给出最优的物流园区选址数量与位置、各级物流服务分配方案,以及各物流园区最优的物流设备配置数量。
        The layout and planning of logistics park not only needed to follow economic principles, but also needed to consider the traffic environment and goods processing demand of the surrounding areas. The stochastic optimization modeling method was adopted and a reliable logistics park location design and service assignment model was developed. The formulation put focus on the balance of limited goods processing capability of logistics equipment and the timeliness requirement of goods owners, and realized the service reliability through providing multiple levels of service assignment plans to deal with potential service disruptions. With the help of optimization solution software GAMS and CPLEX, a case study on the logistics park location design was conducted based on the distribution data of existing 36 logistics areas in Guizhou province. The results show that the proposed optimization location design method can in a short period of time presents the optimal number and locations of logistics parks, service assignment plans, and the optimal amount of logistics equipment that should be deployed in each logistics park.
