摘要
用户侧分布式储能是安装在配电侧和用户处的储能装置,可以发挥平滑负载、提高供电可靠性和经济性的作用。在分布式储能经济性分析的基础上,提出了基于数据驱动的用户侧储能安装潜力分层评估方法,从优先评估和精细评估两个层面评估用户安装储能装置的潜力,为电网公司筛选用户安装储能装置提供了有效方法。结合常州市11家典型大工业用户实际数据进行仿真分析,验证了此评估方法的准确性与可行性。
        Distributed energy storage on the user side is an energy storage device installed on the distribution side and users,which can smooth the load, improve the reliability and economy of power supply. Based on the economic analysis of distributed energy storage, a hierarchical evaluation method of energy storage installation potential of user side based on data-driven is proposed, which evaluates the potential of users to install energy storage devices from two levels of priority evaluation and fine evaluation. It provides an effective method for power grid companies to screen users to install energy storage devices. Based on the actual data of 11 typical large industrial users in Changzhou City, the accuracy and feasibility of this evaluation method are verified.
