金融支持福州新区人口城镇化的实证研究

摘要
从本质而言,人口城镇化的顺利实现是离不开金融支持的。本文首先是对福州新区金融概况进行概述,此外,也对福州新区人口城镇化的实际情况加以调查,并深入探究金融之所以能够有效扶持人口城镇化的关键作用机理。其次,通过分析支持福州新区人口城镇化的金融要素确定实证变量,并利用1987年至2014年的时间序列数据,运用计量分析法(通常包括协整检验、单位根检验等等),通过对相关实例的研究发现:金融与人口城镇化之间存在均衡关系,是一种正向稳定的关系。这在一定程度上表明了金融的确可以支持人口城镇化;影响人口城镇化的要素多种多样,而金融结构比率对其的作用则最为明显。最后为了促进福建自贸区的良好发展,提出了一些有关增强服务贸易竞争力的重要建议。
The population urbanization cannot do without financial support. This paper first analyses the Fuzhou district financial and general situation of population urbanization and the mechanism of the financial support of population urbanization. Secondly,through the analysis of the financial factors of population urbanization support fuzhou district determine empirical variables,and by using 1987-2014 time series data,using econometric analysis method(cointegration test,granger causality test,unit root test,vector autoregressive model)for empirical research,the results show that exists between the financial and population urbanization includes short-term and long-term positive and stable equilibrium relationship,financial can actually support population urbanization;In population urbanization to promote the various financial elements of the influence of financial structure ratio is the most significant. Finally proposed the free trade area of fujian to promote service trade competitiveness of fujian promotion advice.
