摘要
[目的]筛选防治芦笋蓟马的有效药剂。[方法]对不同药剂进行室内生测,选出较好的药剂进行大田试验。[结果]室内生测结果表明:甲氨基阿维菌素、乙基多杀菌素对芦笋蓟马的活性最高,其次为多杀霉素,再次为噻虫嗪。大田药效结果表明:药后1 d,60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂喷雾药液质量浓度30、60 mg/L防效最好,其次为5%多杀霉素悬浮剂药液质量浓度50、100 mg/L的防效,再次为2%甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂药液质量浓度10、20 mg/L的防效。药后10 d,60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂喷雾药液质量浓度60 mg/L防效和2%甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂药液质量浓度20 mg/L的防效均在90%以上、60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂喷雾药液质量浓度30 mg/L、2%甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂药液质量浓度10 mg/L、5%多杀霉素悬浮剂药液质量浓度100 mg/L的防效均在80%以上,能够较好的控制芦笋蓟马的为害。[结论]乙基多杀菌素、多杀霉素对芦笋蓟马初效好、持效期长,甲氨基阿维菌素虽然初效略差,但有较好的防效和持效期,上述药剂均可以有效控制芦笋蓟马的为害。
[Aims] The study aims to screen out effective insecticides against thrips on asparagus. [Methods] The indoor bioassay of different insecticides against thrips on asparagus was conducted firstly, and then the selected insecticides with better control were carried out field trial. [Results] The results of indoor bioassay showed that abamectinaminomethyl and spinetoram had the highest activity against thrips on asparagus, followed by spinosad, and then thiamethoxam. The results of field efficacy showed that the control effects of spinetoram 60 g/L SC sprayed solution at30 and 60 mg/L against asparagus thrips were the best, followed by the solution of 50, 100 mg/L of spinosad 5% SC,and then the solution of 10, 20 mg/L of abamectin-aminomethyl 2% ME after 1 day; 10 days later, the control effects of spinetoram 60 g/L SC at 60 mg/L and abamectin-aminomethyl 2% ME at 20 mg/L were above 90%; and spinetoram 60 g/L SC at 30 mg/L, abamectin-aminomethyl 2% ME at 10 mg/L and spinosad 5% SC at 100 mg/L all showed over 80% control, all the above treatments were able to better control the damage of thrips on asparagus.[Conclusions] Spinetoram and spinosad have good initial effects and a long-lasting effect against thrips on asparagus.Although the initial effect is slightly worse, abamectin-aminomethyl had better control effect and long-lasting effect.The above-mentioned insecticides are able to effectively control the damage of thrips on asparagus.
