摘要
荧光增白剂是一类能使物质增白的有机化合物。近年来,不少商家会向塑料食品接触材料中添加荧光增白剂来提高食品包装的色泽,使用这类食品时,荧光增白剂容易迁移到人体内,而且很难通过正常代谢排出体外,若长期使用,对人体的健康造成极大威胁。国内外的标准和法律法规中对塑料食品接触材料中荧光增白剂含量均有明确限制,但并无配套的检测方法。因此,建立塑料食品接触材料中荧光增白剂的有效检测方式是当前迫切需要解决的问题。着重介绍荧光增白剂的种类以及国内外检测荧光增白剂的研究进展,为荧光增白剂提取溶剂和检测方法的选择提供一定参考依据。
        Fluorescent whitening agents are a class of organic compounds that whiten substances. In recent years, many merchants have added fluorescent whitening agents to food packaging to improve the color of the packaging. When using food packages with fluorescent whitening agents, fluorescent whitening agents can easily migrate into human bodies, and it is difficult to be excreted by normal metabolism. If it is used for a long time, it will accumulate to a certain amount in the body, which will pose a great threat to human health. Standards, laws and regulations at home and abroad have clear limits on the content of fluorescent whitening agents. Therefore, establishing an effective method for detecting fluorescent whitening agents is an urgent problem to be solved. Focus on the types of fluorescent whitening agents and the research progress of fluorescent whitening agents at home and abroad, to provide a reference for the selection of fluorescent whitening agents and detection methods.
