摘要
单克隆抗体技术是一种免疫学技术,具有特异性、多样性和定向性等特点,是现代生命科学研究和诊断的重要工具。文章介绍了单克隆抗体制备技术及其近年来在快速检测动物源性食品中抗生素类兽药残留的应用研究进展,以期为抗生素类兽药免疫学检测方法的应用与开发提供参考。
        Monoclonal antibody technology is a kind of immunological techniques,which has the characteristics of specificity,diversity and orientation,and is an important tool in modern life science research and diagnosis. In this paper,the production of monoclonal antibody and its application in rapid detection of veterinary antibiotics residues in animal derived food in recent years are summarized,which may provide a reference for application and development of detection of veterinary antibiotics.
