清胰通腑汤保留灌肠对重症急性胰腺炎的临床治疗效果观察

摘要
目的:观察清胰通腑汤保留灌肠治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法:选择2016年4月-2018年4月我院收治60例重症急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例,对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在此基础上给予清胰通腑汤保留灌肠治疗,对比两组患者治疗总效率、胰腺炎特异性指标、炎症反应状态指标。结果:试验组治疗总效率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%,试验组重症急性胰腺炎患者排气时间、腹胀腹痛消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间均比对照组短,试验组重症急性胰腺炎患者血淀粉酶(Serum Amylase,AMS)、白细胞(White Blood Cell,WBC)、肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF-α)水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:清胰通腑汤保留灌肠治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床效果显著,值得借鉴。
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Qingyi Tongfu decoction(清胰通腑汤) retention enema on severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: 60 cases were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each. The control group was given conventional treatment; and the experimental group was given the Qingyi Tongfu decoction retention enema more. Results: The total efficiency in the experimental group was 96.67%, higher than 70.00% in the control group. The exhaust time, the disappearance time of abdominal distension and abdominal pain, the recovery time of bowel sounds and the hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group; the levels of AMS, WBC and TNF-α in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Qingyi Tongfu decoction retention enema on severe acute pancreatitis shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
