摘要
管理平台的建设需要导入先进的环境管理观思维,结合先进的物联网操作技术、通信技术、流式媒体Streaming Media技术等手段,形成一套完整的辽阳市太子河流域水污染防治综合管理平台,最终为管理部门提供太子河流域环境可视化监控系统。此外,该系统还可对各类水质问题进行溯源分析,协助定位问题根源,并实时掌握太子河流域的详细情况。因此,该系统充分提高了太子河流域综合环境管理的信息自动化和智能集合的水平,使辽阳市太子河全流域环境保护综合管理朝着高效、准确、快捷的方向发展。
        Management platform to introduce the concept of modern management, combined with Internet technology, wireless communications technology, embedded technology, streaming media technology and other scientific and technological means to form a complete set of Liaoyang City, Prince Edward River Basin Integrated Water Pollution Prevention and Control Platform for the management department to provide Prince River Basin Environmental Visualization Monitoring System. Traceability analysis of various types of water quality problems can help to locate the root causes of problems and can grasp the details of the Taizi River Basin in real time. The system has fully enhanced the informatization and intelligent level of the comprehensive supervision of the Taizi River Basin so that the comprehensive supervision of the Taizi River Basin in Liaoyang City will develop in a healthy, environmentally-friendly and efficient manner.
