王志刚主任医师通过“三焦辨证”治疗甲状腺功能亢进症临床经验

摘要
总结王志刚主任医师通过"三焦辨证"治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床经验。其认为甲状腺功能亢进症的基本病机为毒郁津亏、痰瘀互结、虚实夹杂,以毒郁津亏、阴虚为本,气滞、痰凝、血瘀为标,病理演变符合三焦传变的规律。通过"三焦辨证"分期论治,立足整体观念,辨治准确,临床疗效颇佳。
This paper summarizes archiater WANG Zhigang's experience in the treatment of hyperthyroidism upon "syndrome differentiation of triple energizer".He deems that the basic pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism lies in fluid consumption due to heat poison stagnancy,phlegm accumulating with stagnation and deficiency mingling with excess,taking fluid consumption due to heat poison stagnancy and yin deficiency as the cause of disease,and taking stagnation of qi,phlegm coagulation and blood stasis as the manifestations,and the pathological evolution accords with the law of progress of triple energizer disease.Based on conception of entirety,archiater WANG applies "syndrome differentiation of triple energizer"to treat by stage with accurate differentiation and treatment,and achieves quite good clinical efficacy.
