摘要
该研究旨在结合实例探讨PDCA循环在医院绩效管理中的运用。通过进行绩效管理现状调查,分析制约绩效发展的主要因素,制定、开展针对性的改革工作,并对改革成效进行分析和总结,进而对存在的问题进行处理,不断推进医院绩效管理水平的提升,为公立医院管理体制的改革提供参考。
The paper studies the application of PDCA circulation in the hospital performance management combined with the practical cases. The paper investigates the performance management status, analyzes the major factors of restricting the performance development, makes and develops the targeted reform work, analyzes and summarizes the reform effect, thus treating the existing problems and constantly improving the hospital performance management level and providing reference for the reform of management system in the public hospitals.
