摘要
核岛主设备的部分零件处在高温、高压的工况下,为了保证该类零件的使用寿命,在需要耐磨的表面及防咬的表面镀硬铬。该类零件镀硬铬的引用文件通常为法国RCC-M F5100标准或美国AMS 2460标准,二者对于镀铬及其检测方面的规定存在较大区别。本文通过比较二者在镀铬及检测方面的差异,对核岛主设备镀铬标准的制定提供一定的参考。
        Some parts of nuclear island main equipment are under high temperature and high pressure. In order to ensure the service life of these parts, hard chromium shall be plated on the wear-resistant surface and bite-proof surface. The reference documents for hard chromium plating on such parts are RCC-M F5100 or AMS 2460. There are some differences between the two standards for chromium plating and coating examination. By comparing the differences of chromium plating and coating testing between the two standards, this paper provides a reference for the establishment of chromium plating standard for nuclear island main equipment.
