<正>0引言原发性肺癌发病率与死亡率逐年上升,远处转移最常见的转移部位依次为肺、肝、肾上腺、脑、骨等。乳腺是原发性肺癌罕见的转移部位,因此,乳腺的转移病灶易被误诊为原发性乳腺癌。肺腺癌乳腺转移和原发性乳腺癌,癌细胞的形态学上均为腺癌细胞,最主要的鉴别手段仍然为病
