摘要

王明杰教授从玄府理论认识下肢动脉硬化闭塞症,指出血脉玄府闭塞是病变的关键一环,应着力解除血脉玄府的闭塞,因此开通玄府对于本病治疗具有重要意义。在多年研究与实践的基础上总结出开通玄府的系列药物,有独特的开通玄府功效,对本病治疗具有重要作用。临床擅用风药、虫药为主的自拟软脉开闭散作为基本方,由全蝎、水蛭、地龙、地鳖虫、白芷、川芎、独活、细辛及血竭组成,并根据患者证候灵活加减,尤其适合本病早中期患者效果显著,显示出中医药在本病防治中广阔的运用前景,值得进一步深入研究。
        Professor WANG Ming-jie spended many years to concentrate on studying Xuanfu theory. He emphasized that obstruction of Xuanfu was the main reason for lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,opening Xuanfu was most important principle of treatment. In the years of research and practice,He summed up series of drugs which can open Xuanfu efficacy,especially wind and insect medicine to treat could achieve a good result in clinical practices. The prescrition is consisting of Creat Ruanmaikaibisan Consists of Scorpion,Leech,Earthworm,Euplyphaga,Angelica,Chuanxiong,Radix angelicae tuhuo Asarum,Draco.Drugs can be used flexibly in accordance with the patient's syndrome.The article shows that Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of this disease has a broad application prospects. It is worth to further study.
