新疆蓖麻地方种质主要农艺性状相关性及聚类分析

摘要
为了筛选出优良的蓖麻品种,以104份新疆蓖麻种质资源为材料,分析第一分枝果穗蒴果数、第一分枝果穗蒴果长度、株高、有效分枝数、有效穗数、果穗长度、百粒重、单株产量等8个主要农艺性状的变异性及相关性,并进行了聚类分析。结果表明,104份蓖麻材料的主要农艺性状均表现出一定的变异性,有效穗数、第一分枝果穗蒴果数、有效分枝数和单株籽粒重的变异系数相对较高,分别为73.41%、65.18%、43.83%和41.18%;第一分枝果穗蒴果长度、株高和百粒重的变异系数相对较低,分别为8.72%、16.14%和18.36%;单株籽粒重与有效分枝数呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.462;单株籽粒重与株高呈负相关,但未达到显著水平。通过聚类分析,将供试材料分为10个类群,分析了不同类群特点,为今后蓖麻品种筛选和配置杂交组合提供理论依据。
        In order to screen out a good variety of castor, a total of 104 castor germplasm resources were used to analyze the number of capsule of the first branch, the length of the first branch, the height of plant, the number of effective branches, the number of effective ears, the length of ear, the weight of 100 grains. The variability and correlation of 8 main agronomic characters, such as yield per plant, were analyzed by cluster analysis. The results showed that the main agronomic traits of 104 castor material showed certain variability. The number of effective panicles, the number of first branched fruit panicles, the number of effective branches and grain weight per plant were relatively high, 73.41% and 41.18%, respectively; The coefficient of variation of capsule length, plant height and 100-grain weight of the first branching ear was relatively low, which was 8.72%, 16.14% and 18.36%respectively; there was significant positive correlation between single grain weight and effective branch number,the correlation coefficient is 0.462, single grain weight was negatively correlated with plant height, but did not reach significant level. Through cluster analysis, the tested materials can be divided into 10 groups, and the characteristics of different groups were analyzed, which provided the theoretical basis for the selection of castor varieties and the allocation of hybrid combinations in the future.
