以连夏宁心颗粒为代表的清热化痰法治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

摘要
目的观察以连夏宁心颗粒为代表的清热化痰法对冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法将60例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组30例与对照组30例,治疗组给予清热化痰中药与西医基础治疗,对照组给予安慰剂与西医基础治疗,通过对治疗前后心绞痛记分、痰热证量表、西雅图量表、6 min步行试验的比较分析,验证清热化痰法在改善冠心病患者症状、生存质量方面的治疗效果。结果经过4周的治疗,两组患者心绞痛记分、痰热证量表评分、西雅图量表评分、6 min步行试验评分同治疗前相比均改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后治疗组的心绞痛记分、痰热证量表评分、西雅图量表评分、6 min步行试验评分较对照组改善更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论在冠心病心绞痛的治疗中,在西医基础治疗的基础上联合以连夏宁心颗粒为代表的清热化痰法能够显著改善患者的症状与生存质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated with Qingre Huatan method represented by Lianxia Ningxin Granule. Methods 60 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for Qingre Huatan and basic treatment of western medicine,while the control group was treated with placebo and basic treatment of western medicine. Through comparative analysis of the heat syndrome scale,the Seattle scale,and the six-minute walk test before and after treatment,the therapeutic effect of Qingxin Huatan method in improving symptoms and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease was confirmed. Results After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,the angina score,the heat syndrome scale,the Seattle scale score,and the six-minute walk test score were improved in both groups( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the scores of the above indicators in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group( P < 0. 05),indicating significant difference. Conclusion The basic treatment of western medicine combined with Qingre Huatan method represented by Lianxia Ningxin granules can significantly improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
