摘要
通过本研究促使大学生在传承中国特色民族体育文化、增进民族文化自信的同时,切实增进身心健康,更好的适应社会发展。采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数据统计等方法研究柔力球实践课对大学生健康的影响。结论:经实证分析,4个月柔力球实践课练习对大学生躯体慢性病具有一定的防治作用,对其心理方面有着积极的调节和促进作用。建议:柔力球是一项极具健身价值的运动项目,能够促进大学生身心健康发展,培养其形成健全的人格,大学生应经常进行该项运动。
Through this research,the college students can inherit the national sports culture with Chinese characteristics,promote the confidence of the national culture,improve their physical and mental health and adapt better to the social development. The effects of Rouliqiu on college students ' health are studied by means of literature,questionnaire,interview and statistics. Conclusion: through empirical analysis,the practice of 4 months Rouliqiu course has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on college students ' physical chronic diseases,and has a positive regulating and promoting effect on their psychological aspects. Suggestion: Rouiqiu is a sport with great fitness value. It can promote the development of college students' physical and mental health,and train them to form a sound personality. College students should often engage in this sport.
