35t敞顶集装箱试制工艺

摘要
介绍了中车太原机车车辆有限公司首个6.096 m(20 ft)、35 t敞顶集装箱样箱试制工艺方法。通过试制,验证了所用装备、工艺文件能够满足生产要求,生产人员素质及配置能够保证生产顺利进行,工艺路线合理顺畅,工艺方法可行有效,产品质量符合技术要求。该集装箱的成功试制丰富了中车太原机车车辆有限公司的产品种类,增强了自主创新能力,对公司的长远可持续发展具有战略意义。
In this paper, the authors introduced trial production process of the first 6.096 m(20 ft) 35 t open-top container sample box of CRRC Taiyuan Co., Ltd. Through trial production, it was verified that the equipment and process documents used can meet the production requirements; the quality and configuration of production personnel can ensure the smooth production;the process route is reasonable and smooth, the process method is feasible and effective; the product quality meets the drawings and relevant technical requirements. The successful trial production of this container has enriched the product range of CRRC Taiyuan Co., Ltd. and enhanced independent innovation capability, which has strategic significance for long-term sustainable development of company.
